Modifications and typographical errors reserved. Cultuurcentrum Hasselt/ Krokusfestival is committed to your privacy and takes the necessary precautions to protect your data against abuse. Any personal data you provide via mail, online forms, telephone or other will be included in the data files of cultuurcentrum Hasselt. These data are used to keep you informed of the program and to notify you in case of changes.

To facilitate a professional contact between on the one hand artists, companies, producers and presenters, festival directors and anyone who has registered as a professional, all these organizations/persons give the authority to the organizers of the festival to share their contact data (only name, name organization and mail address) to each other in one list and for one festival edition. If anyone does not agree with this, he/she has to contact the organizers in advance.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of December 8, 1998 and GDPR/AVG of May 25, 2018 CCHA/Krokusfestival takes care of transparancy, correctness and integrity of all personal data provided as well as on the use of it in the organization.
