YOUR PROFESSIONAL VISIT
We would like to welcome you at the Krokusfestival! We follow the Belgian guidelines to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Take these measures into account when travelling to our festival. For an updated version of the covid-19 measures, please check the website https://reopen.europa.eu prior to travelling.
In Belgium, the EU Digital COVID Certificate (EUDCC) or COVID SAFE TICKET (CST) is required to access public spaces, such as bars and restaurants, fitness centers, museums, swimming pools, large events, etc. A Covid Safe ticket must document if a person has been fully vaccinated against, has been previously infected with, or has tested negative for COVID-19. For more information on the Covid Safe Ticket, go to: www.info-coronavirus.be/en/covidsafeticket/ where you can obtain a paper copy or the app.
When travelling to Belgium, you have to fill in a Passenger Location Form (PLF) within 6 months before entering Belgium. For more information and to fill in this (digital) form, go to https://travel.info-coronavirus.be/public-health-passenger-locator-form.
The use of facemasks is mandatory in all indoor and outdoor public spaces, including public transport from the age of 6.
Indoor events with less than 200 participants must be seated and organized in accordance with the CST rules and accompanied by the wearing of a mask. Measures applicable in the hotel and catering sector are also valid for events.
All festival venues (including the restaurant and bars) can only be entered with your CST and your ID-card. Keep them with you at all times. When you enter the building, and your CST is successfully scanned, you will get a wristband for that day of the festival. If you do not have a valid CST, you cannot enter the venues and/or restaurant.
As a professional visitor, we ask you to register in advance. You can register through the email with registration link that you received when you are a part of our contact’s list. The registration form is intended for a single professional and can only be used in your name.
If you did not register before, or if you haven’t received an informative email about our festival, please let us know and send an email to krokusfestival@ccha.be.
With the link in the email, you can order tickets for our shows at the professional rate, you can register for one of our (informal) network events or you can order vouchers for lunch and dinner in the artists’ restaurant.
Once booked, everything is checked by our colleague Karin and she will contact you (in case of problems) or send you an email with the confirmation and payment invitation.
Any extra tickets for family, friends or others can be purchased from our website or send an email to kaartverkoop@ccha.be.
If you’d rather have lunch or dinner somewhere else instead of our artists’ restaurant, we recommend our Theatercafé (in our CCHA building) or one of the restaurants in the city centre of Hasselt. Take into account that you have to show a valid CST!
Do you want to stay the night in Hasselt to enjoy the festival for a few days? Excellent idea! We have an arrangement with the local Holiday Inn Express (www.ihg.com/holidayinnexpress). Email your reservation request to reservations.manager@hihasselt.com and be sure to mention Krokusfestival!
