YOUR PROFESSIONAL VISIT

REGISTRATION

As a professional in the field of the arts for young audiences, we ask you to register. You can do this via the information email with a registration link that you will receive at the beginning of January 2023. If you have visited the Krokusfestival before you will be included in our contact list. This registration is intended for one professional only. If colleagues are joining, please mail krokusfestival@ccha.be for more links.

If you are not yet registered with us, do not hesitate to send an email to krokusfestival@ccha.be and we will provide you a professional link.

RESERVATIONS

Via the link you can order tickets for the performances at a professional rate, reserve a place for networking moments and professional activities and order lunch and/or dinner vouchers in the artists' restaurant (Theatercafé, in the CCHA building and right next to the festival centre).

After booking, everything is checked by our ticket booth, after which we send you an email with confirmation and a payment invitation. In case of problems we will contact you.

LUNCH AND DINNER

If you prefer to have lunch or dinner outside the artists' restaurant, no problem of course; you can go to the Theatercafé – in the same building as CCHA. In addition, there are numerous restaurants in Hasselt, to suit everyone's taste and preference: just look at www.visithasselt.be

ACCOMMODATION

Would you like to stay in Hasselt? Good idea! We can recommend HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. For other suggestions, take a look at Visit Hasselt en Guesthouses Hasselt.

FESTIVAL CENTER

The festival center is located in CCHA / culture center Hasselt, Kunstlaan 5. It is open from Sat 18 to Thu 23 Feb for all information. Next to this information desk is the ticket sales where you can buy (extra) tickets.

GETTING HERE

By plane?
Flying to Brussels National Airport is the most convenient. At the airport you can take a train to Hasselt (probably stopover in Leuven). Other airports in the neighbourhood are Liège and Eindhoven (The Netherlands). From Liège airport transfer to the railway station Guillemin by bus, then take a train to Hasselt. From Eindhoven it is quite difficult to get in Hasselt by public transport. Please mail us for advice.

By train?
Coming from abroad, you probably travel by Antwerp (from The Netherlands), Liège (from Germany) or Brussels. In Brussels you can change trains to Leuven / Hasselt (or Genk).

In Hasselt
The car park 'behind CCHA' ('Achter CCHA') is signposted from all major roads in Hasselt and offers space for 450 cars. Are you coming by train? No problem, walk to the Kunstlaan (approx. 15') or take the bus 'boulevardpendel' and get off at the Kunstlaan stop.
