Scanning, searching, playing, two adults and a child find their way.  
Who is big and who feels small?  
Who thinks they know something or who knows everything?  
Who is careless and who bears all responsibility?  
Who comforts or who screams for attention?  
Who sets the rules of the game?   
Who plays along?   

Hop skip jump is a special and playful musical theatre performance. A unique collaboration between children and adults, because young and old work together throughout the process: from the text to the music, from the technique to the photography.  

The result is a joint quest for growing up, being a child, being the boss and setting boundaries.
