Past and future meet in the present, in this playful and poetic performance,

On stage, two living rooms literally revolve around their own axis. In one, a boy is trying to find his place among moving boxes. In the other, an older woman lives surrounded by cherished memories. Both are looking in opposite directions: the boy dreams of what lies ahead, the woman reflects on what has passed. But neither of them truly takes a step.

Gradually, their routines give way to curiosity, and without realizing it, these two opposites gently nudge each other beyond their familiar walls. Por presents a unique clash - and fusion - of generations, where memories and dreams ultimately make room for the power of the here and now.

Zozoöfzo (2017), Dummies (2020), and Foon (2021) - for all these successful performances, Collectief dOFt could count on the support of our creative space, HET LAB. After Dummies, Por is the second dOFt production to premiere at the Krokusfestival. And we couldn’t be more excited: an impressive set, sharp content, and a delightful blend of words and movement!
