Visual performance that turns the concept of wonder inside out.

Caniche Royal lives somewhere on the planet SHINE. She loves everything that sparkles and shines. Her idol is PomPom Glitter. She wears the clothes in which Glitter sparkles, in the dazzling colors that suit Glitter so well. She walks like Glitter, buys like Glitter, wishes for a flashy life like Glitter's, and sighs: why can't I be like Her?

Steadily, Caniche loses all hope. All desire. All glitter. Until, from the endless universe, someone appears, as if by chance and unexpectedly. Someone whose soft glow puts everything in a different light....

GLOW! is a visual and imaginative trip, an unpredictable fable to expand our imagination. Because that's what these creators are rock solid about: can we use our imagination to re/conquer the everyday world into a swinging challenging universe?

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Audrey Dero trained at the INSAS in Brussels and is both actress and creator. She creates visual theater and object theater performances, whose universe develops within scenic establishments where the spectator can establish an intimate relationship with the performance.

Oriane Varak trained in theater in Paris and then founded her company in Brussels. Her work, visual and physical, is similar to dance.

Audrey and Oriane met in 2011 in France during an object theater and dance workshop with Nicole Mossoux and Agnès Limbos. Soon after, they began working together. First, as artistic coaches for each other. Then, Audrey invited Oriane to perform in two of her creations (Down Tiger Down and Black Birds).

During Audrey's last creation, they both wanted to create something together, around a universe and a theme that unites them: everything that shines!
