In SOMEWHERE, everyone is given a VR headset and sits down on a chair. You close your eyes for the impressive interior of the Clarenhof Chapel, put on the VR headset, and enter a 3D film world. And there, your journey through the inner world of a child who feels alone.
SOMEWHERE is both a shared and personal experience: while visiting the installation with max. 33 others, you also make your own journey, an invitation to reflect on the strength we find when we truly connect with each other. And coming back to ’this’ world is truly inviting because of the live music!
about the company
Schippers&VanGucht is the name of the creative duo Jellie Schippers (theater maker and director) and Myriam van Gucht (theater maker and set designer). They create work at the intersection of performance, visual art, and theater. They have been at the Krokusfestival for years with their special installations: Molman (2017), Warnet (2019), De Kantelaar (2020), Radman (2021) and EENIEDEREEN (2025).
